Over that time, we’ve built a reputation for offering memorable, family‑friendly experiences with our gentle and well‑cared‑for animals.

We travel within a 40‑mile radius of NG16 2AA, bringing our wonderful four‑legged friends directly to your chosen venue. Our team is committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and engaging experience for guests of all ages.

From birthday parties and weddings to Easter celebrations, Christmas events, school visits, and community gatherings, we’re here to add something truly special to your occasion. Every event is tailored to suit your needs, ensuring a smooth, stress‑free experience from start to finish.

For your peace of mind, we are fully insured and hold an Exhibiting of Animals Licence issued by Broxtowe Borough Council. The welfare of our ponies and donkeys is at the heart of everything we do, and we take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of care.

About Us

Debbie Priest is the founder of Clip Clop Pony Rides and Donkey Hire, bringing together her lifelong passion for horses and her extensive experience working with children. As both an equestrian professional and a parent, Debbie understands the importance of creating safe, enjoyable, and confidence‑building experiences for young people.

Debbie is BHSAI qualified and has built an impressive career within the equestrian world. Her experience includes working in the USA with Olympic‑level dressage horses, where she gained invaluable insight into elite training and horse care. She also spent several seasons teaching horse riding at a summer camp in Minnesota, helping children of all ages develop their riding skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine love for animals are at the heart of Clip Clop Pony Rides and Donkey Hire, shaping the warm, welcoming service the business is known for.
